Job Overview We are seeking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer to join the Executive Team (alongside the CEO, CFO and Director of Education & Standards) and provide strategic leadership and oversight of our business functions: largely HR, Estates and IT. The successful candidate is likely to have gained leadership experience in these areas in their current/previous role, possibly in a school as a Business Manager or a similar operations role in another multi-academy trust or other complex organisation.
