Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
* Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
* Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure contract terms are adhered to and obligations are met.
* Monitor contract performance and manage renewals or amendments as necessary.
* Provide guidance and support to team members regarding contract-related queries.
* Conduct risk assessments related to contracts and recommend mitigation strategies.
* Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting contract management.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role is preferred.
* Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel; experience with contract management software is advantageous.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
