Job Title: Special Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to join our team as a Special Events Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

This role will involve coordinating conferences, weddings, and events from initial enquiry through to the day of the event. You will be responsible for creating personalized packages and delivering exceptional experiences that exceed client expectations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret client visions and bring them to life. You will also need to be highly organized and able to multitask, with a strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or in a proactive sales environment within the hospitality or events sector. They will be a true people person, able to build natural rapport and drive sales while delivering first-class service.

Apart from your passion for events and customer service, we are looking for individuals who possess strong IT and administrative skills, including proficiency in Hart PMS (or similar systems). Experience with IT solutions and other hotel management software is a plus but not required.
