Job Description:
As a Business Development Consultant within our Infrastructure Division, you'll be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with clients within the construction, civil engineering, M&E, and building services sectors. Whether you're a seasoned recruiter with industry experience or a trainee eager to learn, we welcome individuals who are passionate about making connections and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and match candidates to client requirements, facilitating successful placements.
* Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to effectively advise clients and candidates on market conditions and recruitment strategies.
* Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the Infrastructure Division.
Requirements:
For Trainee Consultants: No prior recruitment experience required. We're seeking individuals with a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
For Experienced Consultants: Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction, civil engineering, M&E, or building services sectors. A proven track record of success in business development and client management is highly desirable.
Salary:
Trainee Consultants: Starting from £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Experienced Consultants: Salary upwards of £30,000, negotiable based on experience.
