We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie who is keen to progress into senior roles to join our kitchen team at The Mayfair, Harrogate. In this key role you will be ensuring all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes in your section according to venue standards.
* Support the head chef and sous chef in daily operations and menu creation.
* Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene at all times.
* Monitor and control stock, portions, and minimising waste for your section.
* Train and guide commis chefs and junior team members.
* Ensure your section is organised, clean, and runs efficiently throughout each shift.
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
