Title: Business Manager - Defence Digital
Location: Hybrid working pattern. (Role can be undertaken across all UK office locations)
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 dependant on experience

Are you a strategic thinker interested in building meaningful relationships and delivering high-quality solutions? Frazer-Nash Consultancy is a Defence, Engineering, and Technology Consultancy in the UK, recruiting a Business Manager covering our Defence Digital activity.
The Business Manager for Defence Digital will be responsible for growing a portfolio of profitable work with Defence Digital as part of the NAD group and Cyber and Specialist Operation Organisations. You will work with the Market Group Manager to develop strategies to grow the sector across our consultancy and Ventures lines of business, utilizing the breadth of our Capability team across all phases of the CADMID cycle. You will also collaborate with capability, delivery and strategy functions to identify capability and capacity growth areas and develop potential new services for existing clients. You will manage client relationships, act as a sales and business development lead, oversee bids, and ensure we maintain relationships to deliver effectively while growing the business.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the strategy of the business.
* Work with existing technical delivery teams in the development of services to meet client needs.
* Oversee business development planning and related activities.
* Develop and maintain close working relationships with a network of clients within your sector.
* Identify, characterize and capture opportunities to grow the business.
* Collaborate with resource managers to identify, secure and maintain the skills and experience required by your clients.
Requirements
* Market knowledge of the sector, key relationships across the client base, supply chain, and knowledge of competitors.
* Significant commercial experience and business acumen, including securing and leading large-scale contracts and creating diverse supply chains with subcontractors.
* Highly effective communicator able to operate across the business to support overall strategy.
