Enhanced holiday package Permanent Contract Full-time hours Excellent pension package Opportunity to join the teaching team and contribute to future developments Participation in staff training and development Requirements Minimum 2 years' engineering experience in Mechanical Design experience in a new product development or product design maintenance role Level 5 or above Engineering qualification within a relevant discipline GCSE English (Grade A-C) or equivalent GCSE Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent High competency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work effectively in a team Ability to manage dynamic deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly Excellent written and oral communication skills Candidates are subject to enhanced vetting checks including an enhanced Access NI with barred list Duties Deliver, promote training and teach on programmes up to Level 5 qualifications Liaise with industry professionals to develop courses Fulfil the class tutor role with administrative and pastoral responsibilities Develop ILT (Information and Learning Technologies) resources Review and evaluate quality of provision Assist in staff development in specialist areas / Participate in staff training Contribute to marketing, recruitment, induction, and other appropriate events Co-ordinate programmes of study. Participate in subject and school team meetings, inclusive of leading meetings where necessary Contribute to educational visits and work-based learning.
