Call Centre Controller (Nights) at Euro Car Parks
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Controller (Nights) at Euro Car Parks. You would be part of a dynamic and exciting team within our Birmingham Office, working on our internal Euro Car Parks software.
The role includes
* Supporting the business by ensuring customer and client communication is managed to the highest level
* Answering incoming calls and responding quickly and efficiently to emails
* General administration tasks
* Collate data and information and keep accurate records
* Updating internal software and systems
* Perform front line maintenance of car park equipment as and when required adhering to the prescribed guidelines.
* Ensure site standards are maintained in accordance with the current onsite cleaning programme.
As part of the role you will work both within a team and independently. The ideal candidate will have good organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads. An excellent telephone manner and both written and verbal communication skills are key. Full training will be given to enable you to quickly and efficiently complete daily responsibilities, whilst maintaining a very high standard of professionalism at all times.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proactive in identifying and improving systems and procedures. You should be IT literate numerate and able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will also hold a full UK driving license.
Hours of work: 4 on 4 off working pattern, working 12 hour shifts, usual hours 6pm – 6am.
Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Average 45 Hours per week
