The Role – Practice Manager at Angle House Canons Park and Angle House Hatch End
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to oversee two of our specialist orthodontic practices: Angle House Canons Park and Angle House Hatch End. This pivotal multi-site role requires a leader who can split their time between the two locations (ideally 3 days at one, 2 days at the other), ensuring the seamless operation and continued success of both practices. You will lead the teams and manage the day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth running of both sites. Our orthodontists rely on Practice Managers to assist with a range of administrative and organisational tasks, while our patients appreciate the reliability and reassurance – they need to know they are in safe hands. Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of both practices.
* Support the practice partner in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (for example CQC, NHS, RQIA, Health and Safety) across both sites.
* Take line management responsibility for all employees within both practices including responsibility for motivation, objective-setting, training, recruitment and performance management.
* Take responsibility for and supervise all banking procedures, including deposits, payments, and checking bank statements and NHS claims (dental software Dentally) for both sites.
* Provide the best care to our patients, ensuring their patient journey aligns with their needs and expectations at both locations.
* Duties as necessary for the efficient operation of the practices
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing multiple sites or a strong ability to demonstrate multi-site management capabilities
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate operations across two distinct locations.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse owners, including different practice partners or lead clinicians, to achieve varied business and operational goals across multiple sites.
