The IT Service Analyst will monitor and manage the full cost lifecycle of UK IT services, including vendor billing and contract oversight, while supporting the full contract lifecycle and ensuring financial and service-level compliance across all vendor engag
**ements.

Monitor and manage the full cost lifecycle of UK IT services, including vendor billing and contract o
- versight.Administer mobile device lifecycle processes: procurement, billing, usage monitoring, and secure de
- ployment.Support the full contract lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, terminations, and ensuring financial and service-level compliance across all vendor engagements including conducting contract and invoice audits to ensure accuracy and eliminate redundant
- services.Analyse financial data and support IT budget planning and cost r
- eporting.Maintain accurate records using CMDB and ITSM tools; produce reports using Microsoft 365 a
- nd Excel.Support IT service catalogue and asset management, driving efficiency through continuous imp
**rovement.
Quali**
* fications:
Strong financial and vendor management experience, particularly with IT contracts and cost reco
- nciliation.Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; attention to detail with a high level of numerica
- l accuracy.Experience of process documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, CMDB, and ITSM tools is
- desirable.Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps or automation tools is an
- advantage.Effective communicator, able to liaise with internal teams and third-par
- ty vendors.Organised, independent, and process-driven with a focus on lean
- practices.ITIL Foundation certification or experience working within ITIL-aligned environments is
- desirable.NVQ-level qualifications in Finance or Business Administration is
