The Role:
This Senior Property Litigation role is based in their impressive West End office. The Managing Partner is committed to supporting your path to Partnership. Recent contracts secured over three years will provide a steady flow of work from the start.
You will handle both Commercial and High Net Worth Residential Property Litigation, with a diverse client base. The caseload includes real estate disputes, development contract disputes, commercial landlord and tenant issues, professional negligence claims, and residential landlord and tenant actions.
Requirements:
* You should be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (no upper limit).
* Strong commercial acumen is essential.
* Excellent client care skills are required.
* This is an exciting time to join as the team is gaining market share.
