Were seeking a proactive, people:focused Site Security Manager to lead security operations at our clients busy site. This role goes beyond safeguarding facilities, its about building a culture of safety, inclusion, and trust. Youll act as the key point of contact for all on:site security matters. Day:to:day, youll oversee operations, support a small team of contracted officers, and manage systems. Working closely with UK and European colleagues, youll help protect people, assets, and the employee community.

What Youll Be Doing
Oversee Daily Security Operations : Manage the day:to:day security of a busy dual:site facility, ensuring a safe and professional environment.
Lead and Support Security Staff : Supervise a small team of contracted security personnel, providing guidance and ensuring service standards are met.
Manage Access Control and CCTV : Oversee badge systems (TDSI) and CCTV (Honeywell MaxPro), ensuring effective monitoring and data compliance.
Handle Incidents and Investigations : Respond to security incidents, lead investigations, and produce clear, detailed reports.
Ensure Legal and Policy Compliance : Maintain compliance with UK security laws, GDPR, and internal company standards, including risk assessments (DPIAs/LIAs).
Improve Site Security Measures : Identify and implement enhancements in systems, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
Liaise with External Partners : Build strong relationships with local authorities, emergency services, and external contractors.
Support Strategic Planning : Work with UK and European teams to align local practices with broader security strategy and support budgeting.
What Youll Bring
Health and Safety knowledge : IOSH or similar qualification to support safe working practices.
Experience across multi:site operations, ideally in a 24/7 or complex environment.
Familiarity with compliance tools such as DPIAs and LIAs, with an understanding of GDPR in practice would be advantageous.
Comfort with security platforms such as TDSI access systems or Honeywell CCTV, with a willingness to learn quickly, would be desirable.
Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures, including international colleagues.
