The role
This role brings the Buttress brand to life through high-quality visual and written content. It is a delivery role for someone with strong graphic design skills, supporting bids, communications and digital presence across the practice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & design
Design and maintain brand templates, presentations and marketing collateral.
Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations and layouts for bids, case studies, project documentation, social media, digital channels, printed communications and reports.
Ensure consistency and quality of visual identity across all outputs.
Content & digital
Create and update website content, project pages and news.
Support social media and internal communications. This can include and is not limited to scheduling social media content (written posts/designed assets), supporting with the write up, editing and publishing of content for the practice's website.
Work with photographers and videographers when required. This includes assisting with photography and videography coordination and producing basic video and film edits using the relevant inhouse software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro).
Broader visual communication experience across multiple other areas - including project reports and consultation boards.
Bid & BD support
Support bid submissions with layouts, graphics, written content and imagery.
Ensure brand and presentation standards are met with high quality, accuracy and consistency along with strong visuals.
Support the full lifecycle of awards submissions; including but not limited to, drafting and preparing written entry material, designing boards, liaising with internal teams and clients for approvals, through to managing deadlines and coordinating with journalists or award organisers.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who:
Has 2–3 years' experience in a marketing, design, or communications role.
Has strong, demonstrable skills in the Adobe Creative Suite.
Has good visual judgement and attention to detail.
Is confident managing multiple deadlines.
You don't need to know everything from day one; curiosity and a willingness to get stuck in matter just as much as experience.

30hrs per week

Salary: £25,000 to £32,000 per annum, subject to experience
