We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Merchandiser to join a dynamic luxury fashion environment on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a product category and drive commercial performance from concept to exit.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
* Owning and driving the product category, managing the full lifecycle from brief to exit
* Developing and presenting the range plan, including pricing architecture, carry-over strategy, and competitive positioning
* Strategically managing raw material bookings with accurate system input and executive reporting
* Leading product delist and markdown strategy, presenting recommendations to senior leadership
* Analysing daily and weekly sales performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and partnering with Planning to drive action
* Leading cross-functional collaboration across Sourcing, Design, Product Development, and Planning
* Leveraging regional feedback and market insights to inform data-driven product decisions
* Influencing stakeholders confidently across functions and seniority levels
* Coaching and developing an Assistant Merchandiser to ensure strong performance and progression
* Delivering projects end-to-end with strong execution and on-time delivery
* Ensuring accuracy of seasonal tools and PLM data
* Supporting market training initiatives and operational efficiency
👤 About You
* Proven experience within luxury fashion merchandising
* Strong menswear market awareness and product sensitivity (Must have)
* Commercially sharp with a strong analytical mindset
* Advanced Excel skills
* Proactive, accountable, and action-oriented
