Are you a data-savvy investigator with a desire for fair play We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to lead the fight against ticket misuse and fraud. In this role, you will: - Analyse large datasets to spot suspicious activity - Lead investigations into ticketing breaches - Manage sanctions and appeals from start to finish - Work matchdays with a dedicated team, handling live incidents You'll be the go-to expert ensuring our ticketing terms and conditions are upheld with integrity and precision and play a key role in ensuring tickets are used fairly and in line with our terms and conditions—helping to protect the matchday experience for all supporters.
