We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well established client based in York for a Cleaning Superviso r. The role will be 38 hours a week 5 out of 7 days a week, this will include early and late shifts, weekends and bank holidays when necessary, paying £13.10ph, The role will include Responsible for the cleaning of the center You will be responsible for the training and development of the staff To be involved in the Rota's for staff and manage holiday and sickness cover Manage and support where needed during the daily operations To work alongside management in getting the site to standard You will need Supervisor experience good team leadership skills Proven knowledge of cleaning and best practices The company can offer you: Over time, extra hours Great experience and training in the industry Progression within the business for the right person Sound like the perfect role for you?
