The Role
We're looking for a super organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support C Suite leaders. You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes - juggling busy diaries, staying one step ahead, and handling the day-to-day detail in a fast-moving environment. It's all about bringing calm to the chaos, keeping things on track, and doing it all with professionalism and discretion.
Why This Role Matters
This role sits at the heart of keeping our leaders and teams operating at their best. By bringing structure, organisation and calm to a fast-moving environment, you'll make it easier for everything to run smoothly - from busy diaries and key meetings to major events and day-to-day operations. You'll remove friction, keep things on track, and help teams stay connected and focused on what really matters, playing a key role in how effectively we deliver and collaborate across the business.
What You'll Do
* Expertly manage busy diaries, meetings, travel and priorities to make every day run smoothly.
* Organise agendas, capture actions and keep follow-ups and progress on track.
* Act as the first point of contact, handling queries with professionalism, discretion and confidence.
* Draft presentations, reports and key documents that keep everything aligned.
* Manage documents, records and expenses with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Pull together research and insights to support informed decision‑making.
* Coordinate travel, events, off‑sites and external engagements end‑to‑end.
* Manage logistics for visits, conferences and key moments that matter.
* Build strong relationships across teams and work closely with stakeholders and other PAs.
* Pitch in where needed and help keep everything running seamlessly.
What You'll Bring
You're highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease. With strong admin and diary management skills, you're confident supporting busy schedules and keeping everything on track.
You're a clear communicator with great attention to detail, comfortable managing stakeholders and handling sensitive information with discretion. Proactive and solutions‑focused, you take ownership, work independently, and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment, supported by strong IT skills across Microsoft Office and everyday tools.
