Overview
Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA in the Reading School District working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU).
$5,000 - Sign on bonus:
* Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
* Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.
Summary
* The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099).
* School-based hours Monday through Friday.
* Emotional Support Experience preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
* Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
* Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
* Assess a student’s instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
* Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
* Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
* Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
Skills
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
* Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
* Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.
Qualifications
* Master’s Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
* BCBA certification
* Working experience after BCBA certification

* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate
* Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
* Professional Liability Insurance
Clearances current within 12 months
* PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
* PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
* PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN
* TB screening - current within 3 months
Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours; if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
The school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract (1099) position. No benefits are associated with this role.
