Countrywide Mortgage Services is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Truro. The role offers an OTE of £60k.

Main Responsibilities:
* Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
* Attracting new customers and business, achieving professional goals in a results-driven environment
* Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process and advising on suitable products and services
* Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and foster relationships
Skills and Experience Required:
* Full CeMAP or equivalent industry qualification
* Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting
* Outstanding customer care and service skills
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
