Join GenesisCare UK as our SABR Analytics Physicist – a newly created role that places you at the intersection of clinical innovation, automation, and research within the UK’s busiest and most advanced SABR service. Based at our Oxford centre, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning complex technical and clinical data into actionable insights that drive quality, safety, and innovation across our MR-guided and complex SABR programmes. Your work will power outcome reporting, audit excellence, and service development – ensuring we remain at the forefront of advanced radiotherapy. From developing automated data pipelines and adaptive QA dashboards to leading statistical analysis and contributing to peer-reviewed publications, you’ll combine technical expertise with clinical engagement. You’ll also have dedicated time for innovation, ensuring your solutions are deeply embedded in real-world workflows. What You’ll Do Build automated pipelines and dashboards to capture, analyse, and visualise SABR and MR-Linac data. Lead statistical analysis of treatment data, contributing to outcome registries and high-impact publications. Integrate analytics into clinical decision-making, enhancing safety, governance, and consistency. Collaborate across radiographers, physicists, clinicians, and service leads to embed automation and analytics into everyday practice. Mentor colleagues in the use of analytics tools and promote a culture of continuous improvement. What You’ll Have HCPC registration as a Clinical Scientist (Medical Physics – Radiotherapy). Substantial post-registration radiotherapy physics experience, ideally in SABR or adaptive workflows. Proven expertise in radiotherapy data analysis, dashboard development, and visualisation tools. Advanced programming skills with experience in automation and statistical analysis. Ability to integrate data from multiple clinical systems and deliver reproducible, scalable solutions. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, with a track record in publications or service development.
