In response to organisational restructure and continuous growth within Recruitment Services, Servisource part of the Cpl Group, wishes to appoint a Senior Manager responsible for leading and developing both permanent and temporary healthcare recruitment operations across the United Kingdom.
The successful candidate will be accountable for creating new opportunities in healthcare recruitment services and relationship building with current and potential clients, leading to increased sales performance and results. Reporting to the Director for Recruitment Services, the potential candidate will be responsible for managing the overall activities and performance of the team to enable growth and expansion.
Duties of the role will include but not limited to;
1. Cultivating new business relationships at the appropriate seniority level in order to identify new opportunities with high potential.
2. Delivering and converting new business leads in the sales pipeline through networking opportunities, client visits, marketing and social media.
3. Reviewing budget and costs on a regular basis to ensure they remain in line with targets.
4. Providing management reports on activity progress.
5. Collaborating to develop a business plan and strategy that supports the growth of existing business and identifies new opportunities contributing to the overall vision of the business.
6. Constantly reviewing more efficient ways of working, increasing process automation, and keeping abreast of relevant Artificial Intelligence developments which may assist.
7. Awareness of ICT systems to facilitate the implementation of efficient business models and the presentation of a comprehensive suite of KPI’s.
8. Completing regular market analysis and assess opportunities and threats.
9. Manage all daily team activities by providing direction, coaching and mentoring through shared sector insights.
10. Foster a motivating, collaborative and positive working environment for the team that drives high performance.
11. Liaising with the Shared Services function such as Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure their strategies are aligned.
12. Constantly striving to meet KPIs and targets as set out.
Role Requirements
13. Minimum of 5 years’ previous experience in a senior management or leadership role in the temporary or permanent healthcare recruitment industry is essential.
14. Proven experience in managing and empowering a high-performance team to deliver and exceed client needs.
15. Problem solving and creative thinking to develop new, more effective, and better ways of doing things.
16. Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English language
17. Fully proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
18. Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPIs.
19. Travelling is a large part of the role; applicants must have access to a car and have a full clean driving license.
