Serving students aged 5 to 19 years, this award-winning school currently supports over 90 pupils. They are seeking a permanent SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team, working 1:1 and with whole classes. This role is needed Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, during term time only. This school supports learners with Autism, Asperger's, and other associated learning difficulties, offering a creative and broad curriculum that includes recreational activities. They strive for excellence and have been awarded the Eco and Healthy School Awards and registered with the Arts Council. Requirements:
* Resilient, caring, and committed individual eager to support SEN learners in an educational setting
* Care or education experience desirable but not essential
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
Responsibilities:
* Supporting KS1-KS4 SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
* Communicating with parents and carers about pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole school training events
