Interim Head of Logistics & Fulfilment (6 months)

We’re partnering with a high-growth, sustainability-led consumer brand scaling rapidly within a £100bn+ category. Recently recognised among the UK’s fastest-growing businesses, the company is now entering a critical phase of operational transformation.
They are seeking an Interim Head of Logistics & Fulfilment to lead a step-change in capability across their supply chain.
This is a hands-on transformation role, focused on redesigning and scaling fulfilment operations to support significant growth.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead a full 3PL tender, selection and implementation
* Redesign the end-to-end fulfilment model (systems, automation, packaging)
* Transition from manual processes to scalable, tech-enabled operations
* Improve service levels (>95% 24hr dispatch) and inventory accuracy (>99.8%)
* Establish robust KPIs, SLAs and governance with logistics partners
* Lead 3PL onboarding and stabilisation, working cross-functionally with key teams
Profile:
* 10+ years’ logistics / fulfilment leadership experience
* Proven delivery of 3PL tenders and transformations
* Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and fulfilment operations
* Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
This is a high-impact interim role with immediate visibility at leadership level, ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable operations in ambitious businesses.
