As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between customers and the workshop, ensuring high-quality service delivery while supporting daily operations and team coordination. Your Role as Service Advisor : In this position, you will manage customer interactions from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, ensuring a professional and efficient service throughout. You will coordinate closely with internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Greet customers professionally, understand their requirements, and ensure all vehicle concerns are accurately recorded and communicated. Schedule appointments, prepare job cards, and liaise with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth and timely vehicle turnaround. Provide clear updates, timelines, and cost estimates, ensuring customers remain informed throughout the process. Recommend additional services and maintenance where appropriate, supporting revenue growth while maintaining customer trust. Assist with front-of-house activities and support team coordination and daily workflow management. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates in line with internal processes and standards. What You’ll Bring to the Service Advisor Role: Previous experience in an automotive service, customer service, or aftersales environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems. Proficiency with IT systems, including dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
