About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a strategic role as an IT Supplier Manager, where you’ll take ownership of managing key technology suppliers across multiple domains. You’ll help shape supplier strategy, drive service excellence, and ensure each partnership is aligned with the company’s evolving tech roadmap.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—from operations to legal and commercial—to ensure strong governance, contract compliance, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do
* Define and lead the supplier strategy for a specific tech category.
* Manage supplier roadmaps, backlogs, and product lifecycle planning.
* Ensure suppliers deliver to expected standards and drive innovation.
* Collaborate with operations to address recurring issues and track performance trends.
* Support the negotiation and governance of supplier contracts, focusing on compliance, security, and service resilience.
* Run regular service reviews using data-driven scorecards.
* Mentor and guide colleagues to strengthen the team’s supplier management capability.
