This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value, technically complex engineering projects across the nuclear and regulated infrastructure sectors. What You’ll Be Doing: * Lead the commercial management of major infrastructure and engineering projects within the nuclear sector * Deliver full lifecycle quantity surveying services, from early-stage cost planning and procurement through to contract administration and final accounts * Manage subcontractor packages, assess valuations and variations, and process payments * Provide expert guidance on NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, ensuring commercial compliance and strategy alignment * Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain cost control and maximise value * Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and risk assessments * Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture * Represent the business in client-facing meetings and project reviews What We’re Looking For: ...
