English & Maths Department Location: Ipswich Road, Norwich Contract: Apprenticeship Grade: Apprentice, £14,566 - £18,315 per annum Reports to: Head of English and Maths City College Norwich is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Business Administrator to join our English and Maths Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is keen to develop administrative skills while supporting learners and academic teams in a vibrant further education environment. About the Role As an Apprentice Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality English and Maths provision across the college. Working closely with academic teams, registry, and examinations staff, you will help ensure that enrolment, assessment, examination and achievement processes run smoothly, accurately and on time. You will gain hands‑on experience alongside structured apprenticeship training, developing skills in administration, data management, customer service and organisational processes within a busy college setting.
