Norfolk & Waveney Mind are recruiting an experienced and proactive Senior People & Culture Advisor to join our team and play a key role in shaping a positive future for the charity. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert HR guidance, lead on complex employee relations cases, and support our managers to create an inclusive, supportive, and high‑performing culture. Influencing strategic People & Culture initiatives, ensure our policies remain compliant and aligned with our values, and use HR data to drive continuous improvement. You will contribute to organisation‑wide projects, support change programmes, and work closely with the Learning and Development Training team to strengthen management capability across the charity. What experience are we looking for? We are seeking someone with CIPD Level 5 or 5 years’ senior HR advisory experience, with a strong generalist background. You will have extensive experience managing complex ER cases, advising on a wide range of HR matters, and contributing to broader HR disciplines such as reward, training & development, workforce planning and change. You will bring up‑to‑date employment law knowledge, experience supervising HR staff, a commitment to improving staff wellbeing, and an understanding of the challenges faced by the charity sector around pay, recruitment and retention. Experience working in multi‑agency environments and with diverse stakeholders is highly desirable.
