Our client, a leading children’s charity are on the lookout for Supervised Contact Facilitators to supervise and support contact sessions between children and their loved ones - in a range of settings including homes, contact centres and community spaces. This is more than just supervision - it’s about creating a safe, nurturing, and positive space for children to spend time with their families, while managing risk and ensuring emotional wellbeing is always the priority. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting and supervising family time contact sessions Working alongside social workers and other professionals Writing accurate observations and reports Managing risk and promoting positive experiences for children Supporting parents to engage in meaningful contact What You’ll Bring Experience working with children, young people and/or families Strong safeguarding awareness and professional boundaries Ability to handle sensitive situations with care and confidence A flexible, solution-focused and team-oriented attitude Ready to Apply?
