Private Client Solicitor / CILEX

* PQE: 5+ years
* Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or CILEX with practising rights to join a highly professional and well-respected regional firm. This is an exceptional opportunity to take over a standalone Private Client offering in our Farnham office due to a retirement. The successful candidate will inherit a lucrative, high net worth client base and a well-maintained will bank.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage a varied Private Client caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts, and tax considerations.
* Provide high-quality legal advice to a discerning HNW client base.
* Maintain and grow the well-established will bank.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and professional referrers.
* Participate in monthly firm-wide Private Client meetings.
* Uphold the firm's standards of professionalism, service, and integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A Private Client Solicitor or CILEX with practising rights.
* 5-10 years PQE with a solid technical background.
* Confident managing matters independently.
* Professional, well-organised, and client-focused.
* Capable of handling high net worth work with discretion and expertise.
* Comfortable taking ownership of a standalone caseload.
* Thrives in a well-run, quality-driven firm.
