Location: Glasgow (Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite)
Contract: 6-Month Initial Contract (Inside IR35)
Our leading financial services client is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Programme Manager to support key initiatives across Resilience, Cyber, and Incident Response. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering strategic cyber and data transformation programmes, ensuring alignment between business needs, technology, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and prioritise business requirements across multiple stakeholders, with a focus on Cyber, Resilience, and Incident Response.
Ensure user stories and technical frameworks are aligned with strategic programme goals and business outcomes.
Collaborate with technology and data teams to align requirements for application development within a graph and semantic framework.
Contribute to data modelling and architecture to support reporting, UI development, and AI-driven tools (LLMs, RAG queries, etc.).
Work within an Agile delivery framework to drive business value and measurable impact.
Develop and present business-impacting deliverables to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Track adoption and usage of cyber and resilience tools, collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Act as a role model and mentor for junior analysts, developers, and data professionals, helping to grow a high-performing team.
Required Experience:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of relevant experience in programme or project management, ideally within Cyber, Data, or Operational Risk .
Proven background in Operational Risk, Resilience, Cyber Event Management, or Incident Response .
Strong track record of managing large transformation programmes within a regulated environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and deliver at senior levels.
Experience applying emerging technologies and data-driven solutions to complex business challenges.
Deep understanding of governance frameworks, Agile methodologies, and strategic reporting.
