What you will do:
* Work collaboratively within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, managing a caseload of approximately four cases per week.
* Conduct thorough assessments for major adaptations and complex equipment, preparing detailed specifications and sketches.
* Participate in holistic, person-centred assessments, support planning, and reviews for clients with various health conditions, alongside their carers.
* Understand and engage with the legal social care framework and housing legislation to provide top-notch service.
* Manage complex cases with excellent planning and prioritisation skills, ensuring timely progression and resolution.
Essential Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge and experience with major adaptations, specialist equipment, and manual handling.
* Proven ability to work autonomously and efficiently within a multi-disciplinary setting.
* Professional occupational therapy qualification recognised by the HCPC.
* At least two years of related occupational therapy experience.
