HR Business Partner - ER Focus – 6 MONTHS CONTRACT

What will you get up to?
* Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, with strong employee relations expertise.
* Confidence in advising and pushing back on senior stakeholders.
* Skilled at coaching managers and handling difficult conversations with credibility and trust.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and complex ER case management.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of cases.
* Personable, credible, and able to build trust quickly.
* CIPD qualification is a plus but not essential.
* Ready to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
* Comfortable managing some admin, reporting, and project work alongside ER responsibilities.
