We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial performance of our organization, including its international subsidiaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and ensuring the organization meets its strategic and financial objectives. Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement the company’s commercial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities across global markets.
Financial Performance Management
Monitor the commercial performance of the group and its subsidiaries, including revenue, profit margins, and cost management.
Establish and oversee a comprehensive set of key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success and drive accountability.
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and report findings to senior leadership.
Lead initiatives to expand market share, drive sales, and enhance customer relationships.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align commercial activities with business objectives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to regional and subsidiary commercial teams.
Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
Market Intelligence and Risk Management
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with commercial operations, including currency fluctuations, geopolitical issues, and market volatility.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a commercial management or similar role within an international organization.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in CRM systems, financial software, and MS Office Suite.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely and accurate reporting of commercial performance.
Location and Travel
The role may be based at the company headquarters or a designated regional office.
Regular travel to international subsidiaries and key market regions is required.
