Key attributes/experience:
* Passionate about working with are users with Learning Disabilities
* Effective communication and collaboration within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT)
* Ensuring compliance with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act (MCA), and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
* Advocating for service users and delivering high-quality person-centred care
* Assessing and managing complex cases while maintaining professional standards
