Essential requirements:
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face-to-face or telephony background
* The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

* Openness to a broad range of activities, even outside standard expectations

Role details:
* This is a full-time, permanent, branch-based role, working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm
* The role is based in our Northampton branch.
