Role Overview:
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll play a key role in developing and delivering social media strategies for our impressive client portfolio, including a major sports and entertainment account.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop and deliver engaging social media strategies, tailored to the specific needs of our sports and entertainment client.
* Create compelling and visually stunning content, including captivating captions, shareable stories, and high-quality imagery, optimised for each platform. This will involve using your strong copywriting and design skills to produce engaging assets.
* Manage and nurture thriving social media communities, fostering meaningful engagement and building a loyal following.
* Conduct thorough data analysis and track key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Stay ahead of the curve on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
* Collaborate effectively with our team of creative professionals, strategists, and account managers to deliver exceptional results.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a demonstrable track record of success in crafting and executing impactful social media campaigns.
* Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences across various social media platforms.
* Demonstrable design skills and experience in creating engaging social media assets.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to measuring campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* An interest in, or experience of, working with sports and entertainment clients is highly desirable.
