We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and adaptable Primary Cover Supervisor / PPA Cover Teacher to join supportive and welcoming primary schools across Barking. The Role
As a Primary Cover Supervisor / PPA Cover Teacher, you will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to ensure consistent learning when class teachers are absent or on PPA.
* providing cover for teachers across the school from EYFS to Year 6.
* Create a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment.
* Follow school behaviour policies to maintain a calm and productive atmosphere.
* Support pupils’ learning, wellbeing, and development throughout the school day.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Previous experience working with children in a school or educational environment.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Confidence in delivering lessons across multiple primary year groups.
* A flexible, proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
