A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a new service in the Standish area of Wigan to work with a remarkable young lady who is just starting her journey to independence, with plans in place for her to move to her own forever home. This lady is energetic and lively and enjoys activities such as Bikes for All, letter and number games, karaoke, singing, and dancing. She is looking for a support team that can match her enthusiasm and energy but also be calm and reassuring when needed, to help her navigate her day and support her on her road to independence and living in her own home.
This is a challenging, varied, and rewarding role. You must be willing to work flexibly and provide support with personal care, finances, and medication. Experience is essential, and you must demonstrate the right attitudes and behaviors.
No formal qualifications are necessary, but you should be self-motivated, dedicated, and have a fun, imaginative approach to supporting people with diverse needs.
