A really exciting Business Development opportunity is available with a highly successful and ambitiously growing business who provide a platform for HCPs to quickly access trusted medical information at the point of care.
The company are in a significant phase of growth and want an experienced Business Development Director to join their dedicated team. You will work alongside a mission-driven team of doctors and engineers helping build, scale and implement clinician engagement and insights for industry.

As Business Development Director, you will thrive in this fast paced, ambitious, rapidly scaling business to:
* Own the full sales cycle from lead gen and outreach through demo, negotiation and close with pharma, medtech and agency clients
* Develop and nurture senior stakeholder relationships across commercial, medical affairs, omnichannel, and procurement functions within target accounts
* Scope and structure campaign proposals that clearly reflect the client's needs, expected outcomes, and pricing rationale
* Negotiate contract terms and close deals in line with commercial guidelines and pricing principles
* Collaborate with internal product and clinical teams, feeding back market intelligence to inform platform development
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
* Demonstrable track record of winning new business in a pharma, medtech, or healthcare media environment
* Commercial intelligence to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
* Proven track record of closing deals, and exceeding revenue targets in a B2B sales environment
* Strong working knowledge of the UK pharmaceutical marketing landscape, including the ABPI Code of Practice, MLR review processes, and typical buyer dynamics across commercial and medical affairs functions
* 5+ years’ experience in Media planning/Brand/Medical/Account management within Pharma/Agency/Clinician Platform environment
