Overview
Located in the centre of Great Malvern, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / PA to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a comprehensive understanding of administrative functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, while also providing support to team members and management.
Duties
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
* Supervise and lead the office team, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Handle human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
* Maintain accurate financial records using Xero, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Oversee tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
* Assist with the develop of policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
* Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and contractors.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
* Ensure the office environment is welcoming and well-maintained.
Experience
* Proven experience in an office management and PA role is essential.
* Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management is preferred.
* Familiarity with Xeor accounting / Quick Books or similar software is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
* Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
