We're looking for a Facilities Administrator to join our Property & Facilities team, where your attention to detail and proactive attitude will help keep our operations running smoothly. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that encourages learning and development. We are a team that values reliability, growth and take pride in our work.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier consignments to achieve timely distribution.
* Monitoring and maintaining stationery supplies to support office needs.
* Responding to faults with office equipment, resolving issues or raising as needed.
* Handling meeting room and hot desk bookings to support staff requirements.
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for reporting and management use.
* Producing ID security cards and managing access levels.
What you'll bring:
* Strong customer service skills with experience dealing with internal and external collaborators.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* A proactive approach to learning new skills and adapting to new techniques.
* Experience in office administration or customer service environments.
* Basic fault-fixing skills for office equipment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
It would be great if you had:
* Experience using access control packages.
