At Wood Street, our supported living service, we provide accommodation and support for individuals facing challenges such as dual diagnoses, histories of substance use, and forensic backgrounds. If you’re enthusiastic about empowering others to gain the skills for independent living, this role is for you!
As a Team Leader at Turning Point, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming lives. You’ll work closely with individuals to help them reach their full potential while being part of a supportive team that values growth and collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will:
* Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and enhance our service.
* Provide line management to a dedicated team of Recovery Workers.
* Ensure we meet and exceed quality standards that promote independence and recovery.
* Oversee referrals and work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for those we support.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
We’re looking for someone with:
* A background in coordinating support for vulnerable individuals in the community.
* Experience in service planning and meeting contractual requirements.
* A solid understanding of mental health needs, with a preference for experience in dual-diagnoses.
* Strong communication skills and a flexible, recovery-focused approach.
* The ability to prioritize your workload and adapt in a changing environment.
