What You'll Be Doing
* Assess, diagnose, treat, or refer patients with a wide range of conditions.
* Lead on safe, effective, evidence based care in a triage setting.
* Conduct and interpret diagnostic investigations.
* Liaise with specialist services and ensure appropriate handovers/referrals.
* Maintain meticulous records in line with governance and best practice.

You'll be supported by a collaborative leadership team, clear clinical governance, with the opportunity for professional development.

What We're Looking For
* Professional Registration (NMC, HCPC, or GPhC).
* Independent Prescriber (non-medical prescribing certification).
* Postgraduate Education: Minimum of two Level 7 modules, including Clinical Assessment Skills.
* Demonstrated experience in autonomous clinical decision making.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse, high performing team.
* Confidence, compassion, and clarity under pressure.
