NECSWS has an excellent opportunity for a Presales professional, with specific knowledge of the Public Safety sector, covering areas such as Police, Fire, Ambulance, or Transport.
An essential requirement is experience in product demonstrations and tender responses.
Main responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team with bid responses, collaborating with product, development, and portfolio teams.
* Configure, build, and demonstrate NEC Safety products.
* Interpret customer demonstration scenarios to design product configurations.
* Demonstrate NEC Safety portfolio functionalities to support new business and account management presentations.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on product questions during the sales process.
* Understand associated Safety products such as control rooms, operational policing, evidence management, biometrics, and managed services.
Qualifications:
* Presales experience or proven presentation capabilities, gained in the private sector with public sector clients or within public sector organizations.
* Knowledge of the Safety business domain.
* Experience with Control Rooms, Operational Policing, Evidence Management/Data Analytics, or Managed Services.
Ideally, you will have:
* Knowledge of the Public Safety market.
* Understanding of customer requirements in the Public Safety sector.
* Government security clearance.
* Understanding of the Government & Safety environment and its drivers.
* Market competition awareness.
* Ability to interact with high-level managers and senior officers.
* Customer retention skills and focus on customer satisfaction.
* Adaptability to different demonstration situations.
* Support skills for proposal writing and post-demonstration follow-up.
* Ambassadorial skills for NEC capabilities.
