Drive Growth and Revenue as a Key Account Manager

This role combines client relationship management with commercial outreach, serving as the face of the brand to prospective clients and ensuring a high-end experience from first contact through to post-event follow-up.

A key aspect of this position is managing inbound enquiries and proactively securing new event business, building venue relationships, and expanding our footprint in the outdoor catering market.

* Act as the primary point of contact for all inbound corporate event and corporate catering enquiries
* Proactively identify and approach new corporate clients and event opportunities
* Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, event planners, and venue managers
* Liaise with outdoor venues to secure approved caterer status and generate new catering leads
* Manage the full event lifecycle from enquiry through to post-event feedback
* Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and venue showcases
* Work with the marketing team on targeted campaigns to drive bookings
* Maintain CRM records, tracking leads, proposals, bookings, and conversion rates
