We are currently seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our long-established and busy Walthamstowbranch.
Key responsibilities:
* Creating and managing effective staff rotas for our clients and carers based in the Brent region of London.
* Conducting client assessments and building care packages
* Liaising with both carers and clients to ensure smooth service delivery
* Participating in on-call cover (with additional payment on top of salary)
* Supporting the continued growth and development of the branch
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role within the care sector
