Position Overview:
As a Senior Cold-Call Lead Generator, you will be responsible for both creating and qualifying potential leads through outbound cold calls, engaging prospects, and setting demonstration for our sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our customer base while representing a market-leading brand in job management software. As one of the leading job management software providers in the UK and Ireland Fieldmotion is looking for an experienced senior telesales lead generator.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct cold outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
· Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
· Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments/ demonstrations with an emphasis on high quality leads
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
· Qualify leads based on established criteria and accurately record lead information in the CRM system.
· Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads
Essential Criteria
* 2+ years' experience in a lead generation through cold calling.
* Must be computer literate and able to use MS Office products
* Have excellent communication skills
· Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
· Self-motivated and confident in their abilities
* Sales and reward driven
Desirable Criteria
· Previous experience in the software or technology industry is a plus.
· Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work individually as well as a team
· Prosper in a fast-paced, task focused environment with the ability to work independently to tight deadlines
· An active interest in technology and relevant industries is desirable
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
