4 on / 4 off (7am - 7pm)

This business has built a strong reputation for delivering urgent shipments across road and air, supporting clients where speed and precision are essential.
This is a high-energy, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure and wants to be part of a dynamic operations team.
The Role
Coordinate time-critical shipments across road and air (import & export)
Manage urgent hand carry shipments and high-priority consignments
Liaise with airlines, hauliers, and international partners
Monitor shipments end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met
Problem-solve in real-time and provide proactive updates to customers
Ensure all operational and customs documentation is accurate and compliant
What We're Looking For
Experience in time-critical, air freight, or express logistics (highly desirable)
Strong understanding of import/export operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Flexible and willing to work additional hours/overtime when required
Excellent communication and organisational skills
