1. A salary of £35,239.2 - £36,900 per year (based on a pay rate of £14.20 - £15.00 per hour and undertaking 8 sleeps per month)
2. Enrolment onto the fully funded Level 5 Children and Young People’s Workforce qualification

19. Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent
20. Experience in a children's home setting (essential)
21. Supervisory experience (essential)
22. Passion to help nurture young people
23. Be able to work shift patterns including sleep ins (Rota plan given in advance)
24. Full, UK driving licence (essential)
25. All candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations
